I’m New Here

We are very glad you are here!!!

What to expect

When you arrive for in-person worship: Inside the building on the entrance level you will find coat rooms, if needed, as well as an elevator that can be used to access the main floor sanctuary. Upon entering the back of the worship space, a greeter or usher will offer you a printed service bulliten. You can also follow along using the video screens at the front of the worship space. Either will allow you to participate freely. You may choose any seat in the church – we do not have assigned seating!

When you choose to participate by worshiping in the parking lot: Once you arrive in the parking lot, park your car and turn your radio dial to 93.1 FM.

When you choose to worship online: Our worship services are live-streamed on YouTube. To watch, just visit our YouTube channel.

Worship FAQs

What should I wear? Anything that makes you comfortable…we have people wearing ties, and we have people wearing hoodies, and everything in between

How long is the worship service? Typically about one hour. Special services(Easter, or services with Baptisms) will likely be closer to an hour a half.

Starting time? Worship starts at 10 am, preservice music at around 9:50, and don’t worry if you are running a bit late, just come in and get settled when you arrive.

Are children welcome? Not only welcome but encouraged! Don’t worry if they fidget or aren’t perfectly quiet. We call it “making a joyful noise!” Sunday School and Confirmation classes are offered weekly beginning at 9:00 AM downstaris. There is also a dedicated space/play area for children and their families near the front of the sanctuary.

Will I/we be singled out? No! We never put any visitors on the spot.

What about communion? We celebrate communion every Sunday and you are welcome to participate. Instructions are given during the service as to how we commune.

Am I required to sing? No! You can choose to participate or not, and you don’t have to be a trained musician to participate. The Bible says make a joyful noise! Feel free to listen or join in!

Am I expected to give an offering? Offerings are purely optional. If you choose to give, an offering plate is passed through the pews during worship and there is also an offering plate in the back of the church. We appreciate any support for the ministries we engage in!

Will I be asked to make any commitments? No! Any participation you might like in any of our groups or activities is optional. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask any member or the pastor about opportunities!

Where can I learn more? You can always call our church office during office hours, Monday and Friday from 10:00am-2:00pm for our office administrator or Monday and Thursday from 10:00am-6:00pm for our pastor. If we’re not there, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
